Recently had the pleasure of working with Carpets to Go for our home renovation, and wow, what an experience! Glenn, the owner, was with us every step of the way. He’s not just about carpets; he’s about making sure you're genuinely happy and comfortable with your choice. The warmth and personal attention we received felt like we were family. Our home now feels cozier and more welcoming than ever with our new carpets. Big thanks to Glenn and his team for such a fantastic job. Can’t recommend them enough!

Following a flood in our family room, we needed to replace our carpet. Carpets To Go was the first and only place we went. We found the showroom to be really great with all the carpet styles well displayed. The staff was courteous and professional--no high pressure tactics. We told them what we were looking for and they pointed out a number of options. We found exactly what we were looking for. Steve, the sales consultant, answered all of our questions, came to the house to do a final measurement (and was on time! something we value) and was a delight to deal with. The entire experience was great. No reason to shop around. The installation crew was on time, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, moved back our furniture and were overall terrific. Following a post installation blooper, Glenn, the owner, went over and above to resolve the issue. Clearly a professional who values his customers. This was our first visit to Carpet To Go and we'll be back Already got a quote for a potential future project. I highly recommend Glenn and his staff. They did a great job

When we walked in to Carpets to Go we had no idea what we wanted as it has been many years since we purchased both flooring and carpet. Glenn personally guided us with great options and knew what we were trying to create. The results were beyond expectations and the installation was top notch. Just arrived home from Carpets To Go where, as always, my experience was downright amazing. Glenn and his staff are just so friendly. As I was looking around the store I was taken back by the selections they offer - there were so many different options to fit every price point. I used Carpets To Go when I purchased my house 3 years ago - they installed my carpeting beautifully and at a price no one in Monmouth County could beat. There is no pressure to buy anything when shopping at Carpets To Go - in fact, when I bought my house 3 years ago Glenn actually recommended a cheaper carpet for my son's room which he thought was comparable to the more expensive one I was looking at which saved me a few hundred dollars. That carpet looks ALMOST as good today as it did when it was installed 3 years ago. Carpets To Go is a local business that supports its community - I ask that we support them! You'll never have to wonder if you are getting the best price or a fair shake because Glenn at Carpets To Go would never have if any other way.

Cannot say enough about the customer service at Carpets to Go! Glen and Dana were both welcoming, knowledgeable, personable, and more than okay with my kids running around the store (which made it helpful for me to search through carpets). The entire experience was super relaxing, which is hard to come across in most stores. The carpet we chose is amazing quality and looks fantastic in our home. We are so glad we chose Carpets to Go!
